DBMaster licenses are based on named users. A named user is any individual with the permission to access DBMaster, including read-only permission. A named user with this permission is counted towards the user limit, whether logged in to the application or not. Our licensing model is not based on concurrent users. However, you can deactivate some of your users and create new ones.
The license for DBMaster is tied to the user, not a particular machine. Install it on any machine you own and feel free to use it.
We offer discounted pricing on five or more DBMaster licenses. Volume pricing can be found here.

For orders higher than USD $300, we also accept Purchase Orders and Electronic Fund Transfers. Please email your PO to sales@branegy.com.

Purchase OrderThis method is available for orders over USD $300 only. Payment is due within 30 days by direct bank transfer, check or credit card. Purchase orders should be sent to sales@branegy.com. If you need your license urgently, please pay by credit card online.
Bank Wire TransferBank information is provided with your invoice. Please reference the Branegy invoice number in the transaction, or we will not be able to match the payment with your order. Payment is to be made in US Dollars for the full amount remitted to our bank. When you make an international bank (wire) transfer, please designate OUR option. We do not accept BEN or SHA transactions. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of your company.
CheckPlease reference the Branegy invoice number on your check, or we will not be able to match the payment with your order. Checks are to be made in US Dollars.

You can pay an outstanding invoice by credit card using the link provided with your invoice, or any of the accepted payment methods outlined above.
There is no need to reinstall your software. Your existing installation can be registered by copying your purchased license info and key into the registration form for your product.
For DBMaster, select the "Change License Key" menu item in the "About" dialog.
NOTE: this option is available only when you are logged in as administrator.
Branegy Systems has adopted the Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. Consequently, software is available only via HTTP download. Branegy Systems does not distribute any software on CD, DVD or as a shrink-wrapped product.

If you purchase via the secure online form, the license key will be delivered to the email address you used during purchase, usually within minutes of your order. In some rare cases the payment processor decides to review the payment for fraud protection. In those cases, the email with the license info might take up to 3 days to arrive.
Yes, we provide a fully functional version what works for two users and two projects. What you use during your evaluation is what you'll get when you buy. In fact, to activate your license you will simply register with your purchased license information.

Yes! The license for DBMaster is tied to you, not a particular machine. Install it on any machine you own and use it!
License Name and License Key are case sensitive so we suggest copying and pasting them from the email receipt instead of trying to type them manually. If you still cannot activate, please send us a screenshot of your activation dialog; it would go a long way helping us diagnose the issue.
